Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement is concluded between Ulus Doğa Park Hotel (the SELLER) and the guest making a reservation through the site (the BUYER) regarding accommodation services.

Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is the BUYER's online reservation of accommodation services from the SELLER and the resulting rights and obligations of the parties under the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Service Description

The accommodation type, board option, dates and number of guests selected during the reservation are included in the price displayed to the BUYER.

Payment

The total amount is paid online during the reservation. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS certified payment providers via secure infrastructure.

Performance of Service

Accommodation begins on the check-in date specified in the reservation. The BUYER must present a valid ID at check-in.

Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services for a specific date as set out in Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation. Cancellation and refund terms are governed by the published Cancellation Policy.

Disputes

The Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts in the place of residence of the BUYER are competent in any dispute arising out of this agreement.
