Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel free of charge up to 3 days before the check-in date.

For cancellations made within 3 days of the check-in date, a charge of one night is applied.

Refunds are credited to your card within 7-14 business days.

If the guest checks out earlier than the booked dates, no refund is provided for unused nights.

Different cancellation and refund terms may apply for reservations during public holidays and special periods.

All cancellation and modification requests must be communicated to the property in writing or verbally.
