Cancellation & Refund Policy

If a reservation is cancelled at least 14 days before the check-in date, the full amount is refunded.

For cancellations made 7 to 14 days before check-in, 50% of the prepayment is refunded.

Cancellations made within the last 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.

If the guest checks out earlier than the booked dates, no refund is provided for unused nights.

Different cancellation and refund terms may apply for reservations during public holidays and special periods.

The use of the aqua park is not included in the accommodation fee. The aqua park service is charged separately and is also open to day visitors.

All cancellation and modification requests must be communicated to the property in writing or verbally.

The property reserves the right to amend reservation terms when necessary.
